Bayerischer Hof in Sulzbach-Rosenberg

We stayed there in September 2020 and felt very comfortable. The boss is very nice. We had a great room, newly renovated and very tastefully decorated. You can eat well in the associated restaurant and have a great view of the historic market square from the terrace.

I had a lovingly renovated and tastefully furnished room in a very old house that is very well-kept and clean. I received a warm welcome and as there is no elevator, the luggage is brought upstairs. The breakfast is rich, there is fresh fruit salad and the eggs are prepared individually. Fresh ingredients are also used in the restaurant with beer garden (it was porcini mushroom season!). The cuisine is authentic, the staff very attentive. The owner is omnipresent and takes care of her guests. I got tips for trips and interesting information about Sulzbach. The hotel is ideal for a weekend with friends or just to relax.

We had a wonderful weekend of pampering that left nothing to be desired! Clean, lovingly designed room, very delicious food, fine wines and a beautiful ambience - to feel good all around and to float, we would love to come back!

Tastefully furnished hotel with neat rooms and good service in the inn and in the separate restaurant. Abundant, tasty breakfast and very good food in the restaurant with a regional touch. Well-stocked wine list. The friendly staff provided us with expert support in the design and organization of tours in Regensburg and Amberg. Historically interesting, beautiful old town in a pretty, romantic setting. We look forward to our next visit.

Very nice ambience and very friendly staff! Also a very nice boss! You can also eat and drink very well in the restaurant. No long waiting times. A jacket was forgotten in the room, which was sent quickly and free of charge! Real service! The hygiene measures are implemented in an exemplary manner! Any time!

The food was delicious, the service a bit overwhelmed and whether you like it so central in a difficult parking situation is a matter of taste.

Food was very good. A very nice service. Although the outside area is directly on the street, you don't feel bothered by traffic thanks to a small border.

A beautiful hotel plus guest house, right across the historic market square. The hotel is currently being renovated, our room was very nice, on request we got a quiet room at the back. The guests are looked after with great care, and there is a garage for cyclists.

It's a great place with potential. Unfortunately, the salads are shuffled side salads and the reduction in VAT will not be passed on to the customer. Really a shame ... My salad with 100gr. Pork steak was € 12.50 and that's a good price even for Suro, if it's a real salad and not just a spoonful of carrot, 5 slices of cucumber, 1/2 rose cauliflower and green salad. If I include the 1/2 slice of tomato, then you could actually make an interpretation of the mixed salad. The bugette promised on the menu was not brought, which further increases the income on the court.

Dear Bayerischer Hof team, We ate and lived with you for a few days with our motorcycle team and were thrilled throughout. Very nice and competent service, great breakfast, our evening menu was also a pleasure. The rooms are tastefully decorated. We felt very comfortable with you. Thank you so much!

I have arrived in a beautifully newly renovated room. If you walk straight through the reception, you come to a great courtyard with lounge chairs that invites you to linger and relax. I felt very comfortable here. I loved the food at the inn and the service was charming and attentive. When the weather is nice, you can sit outside in the beer garden, in the middle of the historic old town, with a view of the castle or the town hall. I also like to give the tip to cyclists, because there are endless beautiful bike paths here. The next visit is already being planned.

In the middle of the place, newly developed rooms. Very pleasant and eager owner. Good kitchen. I can only recommend.

Perfect holiday destination especially suitable for motorcyclists, from there we toured the beautiful surroundings for 4 days and ate every evening excellently on the hotel terrace directly at Luitpoldplatz in the Bayerischer Hof and were completely spoiled. Rooms are very modern and the owners are super friendly.

Best location, modern renovated rooms, plus a very good kitchen. We would love to come back here!

Beautifully decorated with lots of wood, sitting down to eat something is pretty enjoyable. The food is good, even my pork roast was a little on the salty side. Pieces are pretty reasonable and the amount of Food on a plate is good. We will come back for some Dinner or lunch. The main drawback is that there are no parking spots associated with the restaurant.

I celebrated my 50th birthday here on January 25th, 2020. The food was delicious and sufficient. The tables were lovingly set and decorated. The service very friendly and super quick. My guests and I had a wonderful evening that I remember well. Thanks to the Bayerischer Hof team !!! :-)

Central location on Luitpoldplatz, easy parking, we were there on Sunday evening, unfortunately the Schäufele was already sold out, but to replace the roast pork was a dream, juicy, deliciously flavored, plenty of portions, super friendly staff and everything also inexpensive. Great typically Bavarian location 👍👍👍 I would be very happy if you liked it.

One waitress was a little overwhelmed and forgot about us. So we waited for an hour to get served. Food was okay.

This is the absolute most rude service I have ever experienced since in Germany since 2012. Absoltuely disgusting attituded people. Will absolutley never spend another euro here. Would leave no stars if possible

So we were their for lunch. The location itself is nice. We were sitting outside with a nice view on the old market place. Unfortunately we had to wait very long for order to be served. The quality of the meal was ok, but not sufficient for that high price. After we were done, we had to wait a long time to actually pay and leave. So no recommendation from our side.
